Between cheap tickets, last minute tickets, the best price and so on, I must admit that even I sometimes have trouble knowing.. But I will try to give you some ideas in this article!
Book online or at a travel agency?

There are dozens, maybe even hundreds, of websites where you can book a flight! It’s not easy to choose, so I’m going to give you a way to explore, to get the best possible value for money! Let’s first take a look at the best sites:
1 – Skyscanner
Skyscanner is a travel comparator, as mentioned above, it will then search for the best flight combinations based on your search criteria. It’s for the best flight booking site, but it’s not necessarily the one that will provide you with the best results, let me explain..

BudgetAir is the site I use now! Big fan of Opodo before that, I noticed that very often Budgetair offered the best compromise. Between the quality of Opodo, and the low price of skyscanner. In other words, on this comparator you will find the right balance, between low-end and high-end flights.
Generally at a similar price, you will have flights on Budgetair with luggage, meals, extended non-stops and so on. But what I like is the flexibility, and the support in the event of problems, unlike other platforms which do not reimburse, bury their heads in the sand, etc.
3 – Last minute
Finally, in number 3 I put Lastminute, but it is more for, as its name suggests, last-minute flights. It also allows you to find cheap flights. On the other hand here, it depends on what they have in stock and on hand, you will not necessarily find all the dates, nor all the destinations, but it is the concept of Lastminute which makes me put it in this top 3!
How to get the best price for your flight?
Now that you have the 3 sites that I prefer and which for me are the best, let’s see together how to get the best price! When you are looking for a flight, start with skyscanner, which will give you an idea of the possible combinations, at the cheapest possible price! Once you have an idea of the average price, continue your search, using Budgetair, which will offer you quality, as mentioned above, and often not necessarily more expensive. However, check if lastminute has a similar flight available for last minute purchase, it might be a good idea. Once you have done that, you then know approximately when the plane will leave which offers the best route, but also the best price you could have etc. All you have to do is check the other sites like opodo, edreams, illigo and so on, to find the ideal flight!
